Shipping:

Shipping is by UPS next day air, three day select or ground. Shipping price will be the exact price as quoted by UPS plus a $10.00 shipping and handling fee which includes packing and insurance for your pieces.

Returns:

If the glass is not what you expected, returns within 10 days will be accepted. Return costs, including shipping and insurance are at the buyer's expense.

Preview your piece:

At your request we can provide an internet preview of your purchased pieces before shipping. Please let us know this in the "special requests" field of the catalog. We will email you a special link to view the image; images will be available for 5 days from the date of the email.
